A young child needs all the support – moral, emotional, educational to grow into a complete vibrant personality. Play way method, co-curricular activities, audio-visual aids have added a new dimension to the conventional education method. DAV,37 has dwelt on these issues and formulated a dynamic new approach to education, an approach that proposes to produce an individual competent to succeed in the competitive and challenging world and emerge as a successful personality. They are nurtured in a very congenial and pleasant atmosphere. Their classrooms are ergonomically designed and furnished, curtains, desk and dress have given a colour code for its identity. The teacher helps them to understand the surroundings through play way methods and audiovisual aids. Students are taken for nature walks, picnics to historical places to enrich them and develop their inquisitiveness. They grow kitchen garden to see the germination of seeds. They are taken to railway stations, airport and post offices to give them some idea about the activities which take place in different places.

They do lots of clay modeling, colouring, paper folding, printing with the thumb and leaves etc. Baby shows and swimming pool activities are also organized. They participate in number of competitions at various levels. The school also encourages hundred percent participation of little ones through annual cultural shows.
