Fostering Legal and Ethical behavior
Ethical values are inculcated in the mission of DAVPS 37 inherited from the DAV philosophy:
Beginning the day with the Gayatri mantra and ending with the shanti path
Hawans are performed regularly and spiritual messages are also given to enable the students to discriminate between right and wrong.
Transparency in recruitment of employees as well as admissions, of students with no discrimination on the basis of colour, caste and creed
Transparent dealings with all stakeholders
Stress on punctuality and regularity.
No tolerance of negligence of duties
No rumor mongering and character assassination.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the school campus and maintaining “No Smoking Zone” in and around the school campus.
No misuse of funds.
Ethical code of conduct is highlighted in every staff meeting and in morning assembly.
Bullying is positively discouraged a disciplinary committee consisting of the Principal, Administrative officers and Physical trainers deal with the acts of indiscipline such as damaging school property and indulging in unethical behavior. Any reported unethical behavior is dealt judiciously by the senior members of the staff.

To develop the ethical values, the school leaves no stone unturned to give its 100% to the learning communities e.g. the organization arranges and manages yoga shivirs, blood donation camps, seminars and discussions on ethical behavior for stake holders, on topics of public interest: environment and waste management and contributing towards making Faridabad a green city.
